After a long haul of moving to online registration, e-transfers and online credit card payments....all things are systems go (hopefully)! Please log into your RAMP account (that you used to register) to see what your account balance is. All of the Head Coaches, Executive Members and Governors who have earned a volunteer credit for last season should already see this applied to your account. If you do not, please email Cara Nagy (firstname.lastname@example.org) to make sure I did not miss your volunteer credit. After you see your account balance you may choose from the following payment options:
1. Credit Card- This is available online via your RAMP account. It is set up to be automatic "split payments" over 4 months. When I was testing it on Sunday it seemed to be taking a lump sum payment. RAMP is looking into this. If you are wanting to make sure that your credit card payment is split over the next four months, please wait to for an email saying that it is working properly. If you are wanting to pay your whole balance at once, go ahead and make a credit card payment.
2.E-transfer - You can set up PMHA on your online banking and send us an e-transfer. You may pay the whole balance at once, or split your total payment amount into 4 equal payments, the first of which must be received on November 1st (then Dec, Jan and Feb 1st). You MUST include your child(ren's) first and last name(s) and division they are registered in the message portion of your etransfer.

3. Cheque- You can write a cheque payable to PMHA . You MUST include your child(ren's) first and last name as well as division they are registered in on the memo line. You may pay your balance in full or split total equally over 4 payments. The first cheque needs to be dated for November 1, 2020 the next (Dec, Jan and Feb 1st). Please mail cheques to the address below or email Krystal Alston (firstname.lastname@example.org) to drop off your cheque(s) at her convience.

4. Cash (not a preferred method of payment): If you need to pay cash please pay your full account balance. You MUST label the envelope with your child(ren's) first and last name as well as the division they are registered in. Please contact Krystal Alston (email@example.com) to arrange drop off if you are paying cash.
